A Fourth of July Spectacular
You will not want to miss our 4th of July line up! We will have special guest Rev. David Boyles, former Chaplain at Arlington National Cemetery, paired with Mark Rogers leading our choir with some red, white, and blue!
"On Sunday, July 4th, the choir, accompanied by an instrumental ensemble, will be singing 2 numbers during the 11:00 service: “Blades of Grass and Pure White Stones” and “The Battle Hymn of the Republic.” It appears, however, we may be a little shorthanded that day and could use a little help - particularly men’s voices, but all are welcome. We will rehearse Thursday evenings, 6-24 and 7-1 at 7:00 in the sanctuary. Feel free to contact Mark Rogers with any questions, email@example.com
Tesoros de Dios

If you are interested in learning more check out their website > tesorosdedios.org or meet with Bob Schuller in the Gathering room May 23rd and he will answer any questions.
We have an updated paper or digital phone directory. If you would like a paper directory they will be on a table in the Gathering room and at First Place on the informational table, one per family or if you would like a digital one email me, firstname.lastname@example.org and I will email you one.

Richards Chapel Lunch Program
As we continue to navigate this pandemic and continue serving the community, the Richards Chapel lunch program would like to ask if anyone is aware of individuals who might be interested in cooking for our program, one or two days a week. We serve Monday through Thursday from noon to 1:00pm and are currently just serving carryout. Currently, we have a GREAT cook but we also need backup. Please have the person(s) contact me. Also, if anyone has extra food, including shelf staples, please let us know. We can always use them. Blessings, Pastor Kima, questions call 937-689-4715.
North & East Sanctuary Doors Are Open
The north doors (Franklin St.) are open and you can enter church through those doors for both the 8:00AM and 11:00AM services. Bulletins will be given out by greeters or you will find them right inside the sanctuary on the heater.
Since we are opening up and more people are attending services, we are adding greeters at the Franklin St. and Cherry St. doors. Help us create the most loving and welcoming church we can as a greeter. If you are interested, please contact me, Nancy Johnson, at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 937-308-0019 or find me on Sundays at the 11:00AM service. I am looking for greeters for both the 8:00AM and 11:00AM services. Thanks so much for your willing participation.
Starting in July offering plates will be passed during the 8:00AM and 11:00AM services. We will be in need of 3-4 people to pass the plates during the offering time. If you would be willing to pass the offering plate, contact Nancy Johnson at email@example.com or 937-308-0019 or sign up outside the office door.
