Higher Education Grants
FUMC Grants:
College students should begin preparing their applications for the FUMC Educational Endowment Fund grants. The Fund provides grants for post-secondary education in preparation for an initial career. To apply download the application below and mail or deliver the application and all necessary attachments to: FUMC, 110 W. Franklin St., Troy, OH 45373.. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. The deadline to submit an application is June 1, 2009.
Eligibility requirements are also available below. Addituional grant appliction packets are available in the Gathering room of the church.
UM Dollar for Scholars:
Applications are now being accepted for the 2009 UM Dollars for Scholars $1000 matching scholarship. Candidates must be enrolled or planning to enroll as a full-time student in a UM-related college, university or seminary and be an active member of Troy FUMC. The application is available below. The deadline for applications is March 15th. For information on other scholarships available through The UMC go to: www.wocumc.org.
